Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: costs 138CZK and will be delivered in 1 or 2 business days if the carrier doesn't face delays.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: All European countries except france.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• We cannot estimate delivery times to other countries.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via Česká Pošta.

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipment and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at mariomoravec35@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

• Damages: Valeria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Return Policy for details on how to return items. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
